What is an Andropause Champion?
An Andropause Champion is someone trained to understand, support, and raise awareness of men’s hormonal health—particularly the physical, mental, and emotional changes that can occur during midlife, often referred to as andropause. Sometimes called the “male menopause,” this natural transition is still surrounded by silence and stigma.
We're here to change that.
Our Champions help men feel seen, heard, and supported—while also helping those around them understand what they may be experiencing. Whether you’re supporting others or going through it yourself, becoming an Andropause Champion opens the door to deeper understanding and connection.
Our Misson
At Andropause Experts, we are committed to removing the stigma that still surrounds men’s health.
Too many men are suffering in silence. Too many are misdiagnosed, misunderstood—or not seeking help at all. We believe it’s time for a change.
Our aim is to reduce suicidal thoughts among men, increase understanding, and create safe, non-judgemental spaces where men feel comfortable talking about how they feel, what they’re experiencing, and what support they need.

Now, Andropause Experts continue this movement—shining a light on men’s midlife health and providing a balanced, inclusive approach to wellbeing.
